This Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning products purchased from Vodeoblixin, whether through our website or in our physical store in Auckland, New Zealand.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased directly from Vodeoblixin (website or physical store)
• The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
• The product is unused, in its original condition
• The product is in its original packaging with all accessories and tags attached

Items that have been burned, used, or damaged after delivery, or that are missing the original packaging or accessories, may not be eligible for return or may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized candle orders
• Limited edition or seasonal items (unless defective)
• Items purchased on clearance or marked as "final sale"
• Candle-making workshops or experience vouchers (can be rescheduled according to our Workshop Policy)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@vodeoblixin.world or call us at +64 91 235 8431 within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the items.
4. Package the items securely in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
5. Include your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
6. Ship the items to our return address, which will be provided with your Return Authorization.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

• The item received was defective or damaged upon arrival
• You received an incorrect item
• The product was subject to a recall

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange for pickup of the item at our expense.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
